Windows Method 1

  1. 1 Click "Start" - "Control Panel".
  2. 2 In the Programs group, click Uninstall a Program. A list of all the programs installed on your computer is displayed.
    • If you are using Windows XP, click on "Add or Remove Programs."
  3. 3 In the list, highlight Genieo and click Uninstall.

Method 2 Mac OS X

Caution: if you do not follow these instructions exactly, the computer may freeze and you will not be able to restart it.

  5. 5 Restart your computer. To do this, click “Restart” on the Apple menu. Log in as an administrator.
